Nile Partners has been advising on power project development since its formation in 2012, developing or advising on schemes now operated by some of the largest investors in the field including Octopus Energy, BP Lightsource, Greencoat Capital and Bluefield Solar Infrastructure Fund. Many of these schemes are also funded with debt from leading banks and infrastructure specialists.

In recent years, we have been a partner in and advisor to the Parkwood regeneration scheme in Sheffield, which is one of the most ambitious and innovative brown-field projects in the UK. We invariably work as part of a consortium providing core management expertise to the project leaders, securing specialist advice from architects, engineers and planning consultants.

Having previously worked as a senior executive in the content production, distribution and broadcast sector, Adam Oliver has a wealth of experience across the digital industries. His principal area of expertise is in rights protection and exploitation but he has also developed products across new platforms and new territories and handled complex regulatory matters for clients.
